Sari Grove Beautiful, I have just zoomed back in this morning-glancing over answers and pictures, just beautiful work you two...I am so excited to see people actually figuring out how to do NIDI, and using it to help themselves, combined with the highly fascinating answers Michelle Lopes is giving-honestly I LOVE that English is her second language, because the abstract way you have to read her messages means that your brain opens up a bit wider to understand, like when you look at abstract art...When you open up your brain wider, you allow for new streams of thought to enter...Like when William Faulkner wrote The Sound and the Fury...He was listening to African Americans closely, and previously other people had not understood what language they were speaking...Faulkner opened his brain up wider, and listened closely to the patois, and found that they were actually just speaking English-a very phonetic broken up English, with all the nuances of speech, without the burden of grammatical correctness...Faulkner wrote all this down, and that became the book...I took an upper level English literature course at McGill University in my graduating year, and we were studying The Sound and the Fury...I did not understand why this book was so great...When I went back home to Toronto, for March break, I asked my Dad..."Dad, why is Faulkner such a big deal?"...My Dad said it was because he was the person who wrote down what black people in the States were saying in the deep South, and showed that they were really logically speaking a phonetic audio version of English...Before that the 'more locals' thought these black slaves could not speak English, or maybe were stupid...By opening his mind to phonetic language, then translating that onto paper, he proved that they were all smart, understood, and were communicating important ideas...But what really happened was that white people opened their brains wider, and to be honest, opening up a very narrow mind was maybe the even more significant thing that happened...So as you read the genius of Michelle Lopes, and muck through the Spanish slant to her ideas, remember not to get bogged down by grammatical law and spelling rule...Grab the body of the idea, the essence of her perspective, and wisdom, and discard the stand on ceremony of superficial flaw...The Spanish people, where can I start? The Egyptians who built the pyramids...Many ended up in Mexico, where you can also see the same architectural formulas being re-enacted, because math is pretty portable...So their language here in North America migrated from Egyptian to Spanish...But Mexico was not the only landing spot, just the most obvious example of the migration...Argentina, was another landing spot, as were other Spanish colonies...Are Spanish people better at math? Hmmm...It is my bias...I tend to attribute greatness to a whole group of people, in the same way some discriminate whole groups...They are both forms of stereotyping...Mary Agnes, was someone we all knew and loved, who was from Buenos Aires-one of the smartest people I had the honour of helping, and her family members still live on...She was at a very dangerous place, when she came to me, and before that Marnie Newton...Because of Mary Agnes, and Marnie Newton(notice the last name here-no accident), we learned of the very very visually direct correlation between liver flukes and colon cancer, liver metastasis, and lung tumours...And that Humaworm works for Liver flukes, and colon cancer that has migrated to these areas...Unfortunately Mary had had many conventional surgical interventions prior to moving into hard core alternative...It was not a goods start...But even more, her heart was broken...She had found a handsome man who had proposed to her...They were engaged to be married when she got the diagnosis...But little did she know, this man carried worms from the Buenos Aires water...Worse still, when she started having treatments, he abandoned her emotionally...And then finally physically, by taking up with a long long time co-worker...I think Mary might be alive today-she did all the work...All the physical work...But she was a beautiful woman, and her heart was hurt badly...This man still paid for many of her alternative medicines and natural treatments, when she went that way...It was much money...But her heart, her heart was broken...And I do not know if she ever healed in the broken places...I write this because the physical is being discussed in large part here...If you have had your heart broken, join a relationship group, a marriage support group, a sexual counseling group, a social network sensitivity training group to help you to understand new cultural practices like "ghosting" where you might date a man or woman and they all of sudden disappear from online communications...Bullying is something else that needs a network of supporters to heal from...One of the nicest ways to fix someone's broken heart, is to bring them a new friend to replace the one who has caused the damage...You know, fix up that sad friend who is the cuckold...With that lonely guy who howls at the moon monthly...Or introduce your shy depressed cousin to that lady who works at the bank with the snappy new haircut and the big white teeth...Helping friends to heal might mean sticking your nose right up into their personal emotional business...Do it...Get involved...People do need and want help, they just cannot always ask for it...
