Sari, how do you know which element family a new herb or food or drug fits into in the Grove body part chart?

Each element family has common characteristics, side effects, effects, properties...

When you know what an element does, you know how to recognize that same action in another substance...

Iodine cause hair loss, lowers progesterone, lowers Calcium, so it shrinks the calcium progesterone aspect of any tumour...

Iodine causes weight loss especially in resistant weight...

So say there is a chemo drug and you read it causes hair loss- probably going to be an iodine based drug- like taxotere/ taxane family...

Aluminum is the element that is the precursor to cholesterol...

Atom or element or molecular stage...Think of it as cholesterol to help you intuit better...

Cholesterol heals wounds, helps with weight gain problems, ( helps you to gain back weight)...
Cholesterol is good for wound healing ...

So say Arnica is known to be good for healing...Very easily this goes into the cholesterol group, called Aluminum family on the chart...Wound healing is a tip off...Eggs of course...

Things that help with memory...( it’s opposite Titanium family is known to cause memory loss- marijuana does that- so Aluminum things, cause memory gains...

Each new substance encountered requires a close up look- lots of reading to sort through muck from what you need, truth...

Most of the internet lists way too many things if you look up a substance...Mostly because they don’t know exactly so they just lost everything they can...

Which makes much of what you find online to be useless...I usually start with a Wikipedia entry, then follow links in that to see where it takes me...

I start to make an idea of what I think something is, then I might Google That thought...

See if others confirm my idea...If I see a whole bunch of studies saying cilantro is very anticancer, I know I am on the right track...

The truth is I have been charting things now for about, gee, my first book Grove body part chart: a medical arts innovation, came out, now I do not remember exactly, must be, hmmm will have to check Amazon... Long time ago...

So you get better at recognizing things after a while...

I don’t like to guess, I don’t read something and accept it at face value, I check maybe fifteen different sites very quickly to see if one dominant effect is common to all sites...There is no one answer to this question and it is not easy to do sorry...

It is just hard work...Each element I have parsed has taken me a long time to figure out...Some have been revised years later...

I had troubles with ginkgo bill and pau d’arco...I changed my opinion on both at least a year after thinking they were one thing...Not great info on either...Confusing...

To be honest it is difficult for me to parse things I do not recommend or have not tried myself...

Jim Gordon’s herb list was a pain for he to do for peopleI do not usually recommend these myself, but many take them, so I had to answer questions about them...

Chemo I had to learn to help people know which was what...Very complex...All the drugs people are given including mood enhancers...

Very difficult...I don’t mean to discourage people, but there are no easy answers here...You have to be the type of person who sees patterns and can recognize similar patterns somewhere else...

Cacao boosts memory- that alone tells you it is Aluminum family- so there is your chocolate answer..

.Cholesterols are feel good things- eggs soothe you and repair damage...You feel them...

Pretty much I only recommend things I have tried myself...

And Yes, every time I took a new supplement, I took only that, and then checked the colour changes in early forms of the Nidi imaging...I noticed similar colours with different substances....

There are 12 free books( and more from my formal art days), free digitally or in kindle or paperback non profit on amazon , smashwords, and scribd , and academia.edu ...

Each book builds upon the one before...If you want to get into my head, dabble in reading some of these, skim read...I cannot really explain all of this without writing a whole book on the subject...I will consider doing this...

Until then, you will have to stretch your mind a bit...

This is not easy and there is no secret...Use discernment, cherry pick what you read, check 4 different sites before thinking you know something...Be prepared to be wrong...Mistakes will happen...Be bold...

Think for yourself...Do not accept things just because someone is an expert...

That is lazy...Firm your own opinions first...Use experts to confirm your own hunches..

.Be prepared for very smart people to give the wrong advice...

Cut through the bs on the internet...I understand theoretically first what should be happening before reading someone else’s take on something...

Because those clinical trial articles are so full of bull if you do not have a good bullsh-t detector, you will get swamped by their crap-y language...
