Ok, here is something useful...( referring to the link above) You have to skim through to get to the sections about Vitamin A and dioxin...( dioxin is the thing in Agent Orange wreaking havoc)... They show the direct link between dioxin and lowered Vitamin A...It is a pretty direct correlation.. .By boosting Vitamin A, you replace what has been lost... Capsules are easier because people tend to be non compliant over time with cod liver oil liquid( even though it tastes much better these days- psychological aversion)... Just every day, take Vitamin A capsules, and wait 3 months for it to load.. .Red meat, bone broth, carrot juice, potatoes, lithium ( the non prescription stuff on Amazon), are all helpful...All the Plus elements on the chart yes...Detox or Minus elements no...
